Some Financial Advisors receive a commission after selling a product to a client. This commission can be up to 7% and is paid to the advisor when the investment is made. In some cases the advisor will not be able to earn another commission unless they switch a client to another product. Why would other advisors care how your investments do if they are never going to earn another commission? This is why most people often make an investment and then never hear from their advisor again.

By not accepting upfront commissions from investment product companies, our loyalty always remains with the client. We simply charge a fee based on assets under management, which aligns our incentives with our clients’ best interests. Therefore, our clients can be confident that our recommendations, as well as the design and implementation of their investment plan, are objective.
